Spur of the moment I decided to head to Algonquin with Fran. We got there at 1 and first thing we had a bull moose along the side of the road. We ended our evening around 9pm to have another bull moose standing in the middle of the road. WOW. Lucky I spotted him. We stopped and gave him lots of room and he trotted off into the woods safe and sound. Hense the last moose shot was taken out the car window of a moving moose into the woods at 9 pm. approx. Few that was close. We also had a wild turkey and a ruffed grouse meander across the road on our way out. In between,an amazing day of wildlife and scenery that was breathtaking. We had a sunny day,no bugs and temperature that was comfortable. Considering the day before we had snow sleet and heavy rains with winds that would blow you away at home. And was so cold I wanted to go south,WAY south. It was a complete turn around. Enjoy.

And this would be the last picture of the day. A big bull moose that was standing in the middle of the road heading into the woods after we stopped to make sure he got there safely for all. What a day.
