Last years moose calf. Algonquin
3 of the 4 moose we saw have terrible issues with a moose tick that they get during the winter months. This little bull calf looks preety rough. But what a sweetheart he was.
Algonquin
Female ruby crowned kinglet. A foggy Lake Opeongo,which still has ice on it creating a wonderful mysty look. A ground hog leaves and highway 60.
Moose Algonquin
This beautiful beast was in the woods on the way out of Arowhon Rd. I was lucky to spot her. They blend in so well to their surroundings. What a pretty face. Some dead leaves combined with fresh spring buds made an interesting shot and the moose second from the bottom is the mother to a calf from last year of coarse that we saw the very last thing of the day coming out onto highway 60 from Arowhon Rd. Perfect ending to a perfect trip.
Algonquin moose
On our trip into the park this was the first moose out of 4 that we saw in the 2 days there. What a treat.
