During the years l have had some great birds in my yard.l found this blue jay in the beech tree out front to have made an interesting photo.
Every spring l get anywhere from 1 to 4 indigo buntings now in the last 3 years. Last year l had 4 that actually hung around for about 3 weeks. What a wonderful bout of new brilliance to my yard.
And every year l wait to here the beautiful song of the rose breasted grosbeak males arrival. Last year l had 18 of these beautiful birds here for a few weeks ,males and females and a couple immature's.
A male rose breasted grosbeak in flight,another one at the feeder and a female as well in this shot. Although the females are not as colorful,they to are very pretty.
