As the saying goes, better late than never. Well these are late but here they are. I have had the best ever spring /summer this year with wildlife sightings. It is my getaway from everyday stresses that draws me to the north country. The peace & quiet, good energy, breath taking scenery and oh yes, wildlife. It is a treasure to behold. I get lost in the moment and just sit with much patience. Patience and quietness is always rewarded with something coming to visit. "even bears". When you are going to spend time in the north country where ever it may be. Always be prepared for encounters with wild animals. Carry a whistle, air horn bear spray, just in case and know what to do if you do have an encounter. It could be the best thing you have learned in your life. You may never use it. But learn it. I learned and I used this spring. It was not a bad encounter but a surprise one. I knew what to do and I did it and the bear walked into the woods to get away from this human intruder. It wont stop me from doing what I do. I will always welcome any wildlife into my life any time. With utmost respect for them and their young. With utmost safety to me or those with me.Here are some photos of the wildlife that I have encountered this last spring. Stress, whats that!!!!!
